If you are wondering what the young and pampered American college students in the Northeast think about the Paris riots, here is an example: “Paris Riots … Propaganda?”, as, incredibly, an image of “Paris Burned” is displayed with the post. I guess the liberal blogger believes that the French gendarmes must have set ablaze their own City of Lights!
The blogger, Sausy Blue, continues, stating that Fox News is making it all up. Why, she writes, would those nice young Muslim men who simply want jobs and respect, harm an elderly handicapped women by setting her ablaze? If Fox News reports it, it’s got to be a lie. Afterall, that is the way the Moonbat brain thinks. She writes:
… these young, mostly Arab, men have been lashing out for their poor treatment, lack of jobs, and there disgust with the upper class. They’ve been doing so mostly by burning cars and buses all over France…and some buildings and businesses.
A few things here bother me. Why would young men who simply want jobs and respect light a helpless 50 yr old woman on crutches on fire? What would that help? I understand burning vehicles, a symbol of wealth and power, but people? I dont know if I believe that. Sounds like Fox trying to make another bad guy out of the good guys for the Right Wing benefit. Also, they quote their source as “judicial officials”…that’s very unspecific…that could be the guy who cleans the floor in a municipal court for all we know. I trust this story about as much as I trust the used car salesman on the corner.
So … an American Moonbat can “understand burning vehicles, a symbol of wealth and power,” and “disgust with the upper class”. Tell me, American Moonbat, how you can understand anyone burning down his own neighborhood, torching nursery schools and gymnasiums? Why do they burn the businesses in their towns while complaining that they do not have enough jobs? They destroy automobiles of the upper classes and destroy buses, the only means of transportation for those without cars.
The same story has also been reported by the liberals’ love, Time Magazine of Europe : “in Sevran, rioters ambushed a bus, sprinkled gasoline on the passengers, then set it alight, severely burning a disabled woman.” Sky News of Australia reports the same thing. Yet because Fox News reported it first, Moonbats won’t believe it to be true. That makes as much sense as anything else they believe.
