Democrat View of Justice

“How can a person who has been indicted, not be a crook?” Those were the closing words of Clintonista John Podesta on “Hard Ball”, speaking of Congressman Tom Delay.

How can it be that a high goverment official of a Democrat administration, has never read the U.S. Constitution? Democrat justice means if you are indicted that means you are guilty until proven innocent. Perhaps Kerfuffles misheard Mr. Podesta, but I don’t think that I did. I will have to try and find the transcript of “Hard Ball”.

Somehow, Kerfuffles has found herself upon the Democrats’ mailing list. Yes, it’s true that Barney Frank’s sister, Anne Lewis, has been spamming Kerfuffles in the hopes of receiving donations to beat back those “wascally wepublicans”.
