The Democrat Party - Not only in need of a brain transplant, but in need of a heart!

Yes - they are all great defenders of women, when women are wanting abortions, but when a loving wife and her children are sitting with her husband at a hearing, they have no compunction against attacking a good man as a bigot and liar because of some minor imperfections in his life. How delighted they must have been to see Mrs. Alito leave the room in tears. That must have really made the “Bully Party” feel all-powerful.

A senior Republican in the hearing room said: “After three full days of attacks against her husband’s character, Mrs. Alito had enough. Democrat behavior during this hearing has not only been wrong, it’s been embarrassing. Ted Kennedy is nothing but a bully.” Amen. And double Amen for Kennedy’s Democrat party - nothing but the Bully Party!

Today is your last chance to vote for the MOTY (Moron of the Year) over at “Crazy Rants of Samantha Burns“, so get your vote in while you still can. Apparently neither OJ nor Saddam are morons because Samantha writes that no one has voted for them. It will be exciting to find out who has been deemed by the blogosphere to be more moronic than those two! Depending on who is voting, it could be George Bush or Howard Dean. Or could Congressman Jim Moran be the Moron of the Year?

Kerfuffles’ Moron of “this” Year, 2006, so far, has got to be Harry Belafonte! As UNICEF’s “Goodwill” Ambassador, he sailed his banana boat to Venezuela and promptly fell off, hitting his noggin upon a rock. As soon as Mr. Dayo recovered what was left of his senses, he began singing the praises of dictator Hugo Chavez, all the while condemning his own country, the United States, as a terrorist-led state. Then, instead of staying down there in the paradise of Latin America, he returned back to his own horrible country just so he could continue living in his own little paradise of Bel-air. “Fallen Off the Banana Boat”

Democrats, news 7:09 am

According to Chicago Sun-Times “Your phone records are for sale!” and are available to anyone — for a price. Dozens of online services are selling lists of cell phone calls, raising security concerns with law enforcement and others about the privacy of communications.

  • Criminals can use such records to expose a government informant who regularly calls a law enforcement official.
  • Suspicious spouses can discover if their husband or wife is calling a certain someone a bit too often.
  • Employers can check whether a worker is regularly calling a psychologist — or a competing company.
  • And, according to Michelle Malkin, a far left website, “Democrats.com” (Let’s Spy on Them), has called upon its readers to try and get the private phone records of prominent conservatives through online information brokers as retaliation against the Bush administration for monitoring al Qaeda’s international communications.

If this were not “The Dems” it would be unbelievable! The founder of “Democrats.com” has promised to reimburse its dirt-digging readers for “spying” on prominant Republican citizens and their lawyers, doctors and priests. The site has posted a long list of prominant suggested names. Hack into their phone records, private records and encourage others to so because they are Republicans. No problema! BUT … there is a “BIG PROBLEM” when government agents examine similar records with the intent to protect the American public from Al Queda terrorists’ attacks. Sad to say, but true - that’s our Democrats of today, 2006, the unhinged party. Sister Toldjah has the screen-caps and more.

Enshrining Justice Harry Blackmun’s Legacy to His Nation

At “Choose Life” I encountered the following quotes from the Left’s legal scholars:

  • This Court’s abortion decisions have already worked a major distortion in the Court’s constitutional jurisprudence….no legal rule or doctrine is safe from ad hoc nullification by this Court…in a case involving state regulations of abortion.” ~~Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, Thornburgh v. American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists
  • Roe v. Wade…ventured too far in the change it ordered and presented an incomplete justification for its action.” ~~Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, North Carolina Law Review
  • One of the most curious things about Roe is that, behind its own verbal smokescreen, the substantive judgment on which it rests is nowhere to be found.” ~~Laurence Tribe, Harvard Law Professor, Harvard Law Review
  • Roe v. Wade is “a very bad decision…because it is not constitutional law and gives almost no sense of an obligation to try to be.” ~~John Hart Ely, Yale Law Professor, Yale Law Journal
  • As a matter of constitutional interpretation and judicial method, Roe borders on the indefensible…[it is] one of the most intellectually suspect constitutional decisions of the modern era.” ~~Edward Lazarus, former clerk to Justice Harry Blackmun (Author of Roe), FindLaw’s Writ
  • Since its inception Roe has had a deep legitimacy problem, stemming from its weakness as a legal opinion.” ~~Benjamin Wittes, Washington Post Legal Affairs Editorial Writer, The Atlantic Monthly
