<description>This is my favorite Bull Shit Marine Story. And why is this bull shit? Let’s look at the reality of it. Part of the oath that those of us who have served is to ‘protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America from enemies foreign and domestic..”

So what if the college professor is an Atheist? His rights are no less than the most devout Theist’s in this country. And which “God” is he talking about Who would command him to act with violence? So what if he was an active member of the A.C.L.U? This is the mission statement of the American Civil Liberties Union:
The ACLU is our nation's guardian of liberty, working daily in courts, legislatures and communities to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties that the Constitution and laws of the United States guarantee everyone in this country.
These rights include:
•	Your First Amendment rights - freedom of speech, association and assembly; freedom of the press, and freedom of religion.
•	Your right to equal protection under the law - protection against unlawful discrimination.
•	Your right to due process - fair treatment by the government whenever the loss of your liberty or property is at stake.
•	Your right to privacy - freedom from unwarranted government intrusion into your personal and private affairs.
And what exactly was the course that the professor was teaching? Any hint that his oratory may have been a point stressed in the curriculum?

So how many Constitutional Rights has the recalcitrant marine violated by battering his professor?

Here’s the real end of the story: “Upon witnessing the assault on his professor by the marine, a Constitutional Law student quickly dialed 911 to summon medical help and police to the scene to aid and protect the battered professor. As the Oath Breaking Marine was led out of the classroom in handcuffs, the last thing the students heard were the police reciting “You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say may be held against you in a Court of Law.” One of the rights guaranteed to every US citizen by the constitution this psychotic marine violated.

I must assume that this Rah-Rah BS Story was more than likely authored by some Christian Right, which is neither, Bush advocate who never served in the Armed Forces, never attended college and is utterly ignorant of our rights as Americans under the Constitution. I took that vow and I stand true to it this day.
