I wrote an op-ed which was published Sunday, 5/28/06 in the Ventura County Star (venturacountystar.com) under the title "Advocates should fight abuse, not each other." Search on "Worthley" to bring up the article. Jane LeMond-Alvarez (janealvarez.com), an advocate for keeping children away from their abuser ... when abuse has been substantiated ... was attacked in writing by a guy named Wexler, who is surrounded by ACLU types who believe it is okay to leave a kid in a home with the abuser. His verbal attack was in response to an Op Ed by Jane. It is my opinion that the ACLU is an anti-American organization who, in the name of the Constitution, uses legal terrorism and legal fiction tactics (money possibly the driving force) to force the beliefs of a small minority upon the majority - who are the true backbone of our society. Agree or disagree?
