					<description>I have served in the Canadian Forces from 1979- 2007.  I did a tour in the Golan Hieghts in 1985-1986.  I was equally surprised when the announcement was made that those of us who had served in the UN since Vietnam until Dec 1988.  I find it disturbing that there are people who do not believe it.  All they have to do is check with any national newspaper and they will get all the evidence they need.
