These non tax paying people getting free stuff from the rich are made up. Just like the massive amounts of welfare that people can receive and live comfortably are made up (otherwise there would be good-hearted people out informing the homeless that they could be sitting in a chair watching tv paid for with their welfare checks) The lowest tax bracket is 10% on even $1.
