On 5 August 2006, I uploaded a photograph of my pet, Katy Blue and my stuffed Stieff cat to the Flickr site. The photo was always prominently labeled as “copyright,” although I added a written notice on the actual photograph today, after realizing my copyright had been infringed, by icanhascheezburger.com.

That copyright notice did not stop the ICanHasCheezburger.com site from infringing my photograph and posting it at their site for their own commercial purposes. On 21 December, when another Flickr user reported to me that my photograph was posted at their site, ICanHasCheezburger.com added my Flickr name as credit to the picture. Then they wrote to tell me how proud I should be that my photograph is on the front of their site.

When I told them, as the owner, to remove my photograph, because I had never given them license to use it, they blatently refused until I provide written legal proof that I am the owner of the photograph. This they demanded, even though they had already admitted in writing that the photograph belonged to me.

So, beware, if you upload your photographs to Flickr and allow said photographs to be publicly viewed. ICanHasCheezburger.com is a Flickr member, with Flickr groups, and seemingly has little regard that you label you images as copyrighted. Yahoo.com owns Flickr, and I have written Yahoo about this matter. If I hear from them, I will report here their actions on this matter. It is already the case, that Flickr members like ICanHasCheezburger.com are allowed to operate on Flickr even though they are commercial sites, which Flickr Terms of Service forbid.

Here is a screen shot I have taken tonight of their website, with a code for others to post my photo at their own websites, without my permission. It is outrageous! Cheezburger has a Flickr Group at Flickr where they claim they have a right to override Flickr’s privacy and copyrights for Flickr photographs. I have NEVER been a member of that group, so how did my photograph make it to the Cheezburger site? Here is my original at Flickr: Good Cat - Bad Cat.

In Barack Obama’s first memoir, “Dreams from My Father,” the author discussed his unusual childhood, his Kenyan African father, his white mother, his grandparents in Hawaii and his life in Indonesia. He also covered the three years in the 1980s when he worked as a community organizer in Chicago, Illinois.

In Obama’s second memoir, “The Audacity of Hope,” he covered the Senate campaign that he waged to win election to the United States Senate, and the more than one year he served as a newly elected Senator between 4 January 2005, until 2006.

Chicago is Obama’s political home town; it is where he forged his political identity. However, Obama’s life in Chicago from 1991 until his Senate victory in 2005, was mysteriously overlooked or ignored in both autobiographies. What was Barack Obama accomplishing politically during those missing years in America’s center of vicious and corrupt politics, … Chicago?

America does not know because most American voters were uninterested in Obama’s history. Those who did seek information about Obama’s relationship to Chicago’s political machine, were called racists for questioning the character of a black man. During the Presidential campaign, the American media were uninterested in performing investigative journalism of Obama’s Chicago years, even while a federal prosecutor and his federal office were abroad in the city doing their own investigative research.

The missing years of Obama’s life in Chicago seem now on the cusp of revelation. They will be revealed by the court documents of federal prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald. Those lost Obama years will be documented by Obama’s Chicago friends, associates and enemies such as former U. S. Representative and now Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich, Mrs. “I saw a man he danced with his wife” Blagojevich, the Illinois governor’s chief-of-staff John Harris, Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr., Reverend Jesse Jackson Sr., bagman Tony Rezko and his “Realtor” wife, current U.S. Congressman Rahm Emanuel who is also working a second job as Oama’s Chief of Staff, Obama’s chief strategist and Daly Machine mouthpiece David Axelrod, David Wilhelm, and assorted other characters of Chicago’s inner sanctum machine.

“The New Yorker” tells us that in 2002, Barack Obama got the plum position of adviser to none other than gubernatorial candidate Rod Blagojevich:

Rahm Emanuel, a congressman from Chicago and a friend of Obama’s, told me that he, Obama, David Wilhelm, who was Blagojevich’s campaign co-chair, and another Blagojevich aide were the top strategists of Blagojevich’s victory. He and Obama “participated in a small group that met weekly when Rod was running for governor,” Emanuel said. “We basically laid out the general election, Barack and I and these two.” A spokesman for Blagojevich confirmed Emanuel’s account, although David Wilhelm, who now works for Obama, said that Emanuel had overstated Obama’s role.

Perhaps right this moment, Rod Blagojevich himself may be writing the screenplay to “Chicago Boyz,” as I jokingly speculated HERE and HERE.

Governor Sarah Palin thought she was one smart cookie when she put Alaska’s state airplane up for sale on eBay. Well, Ms. Palin could learn a bit of that Chicago audacity from Chicago’s own Chicago Boy governor, Rod Blagojevich. He put the Senate seat of Barack Obama up for sale to the highest bidder, or so federal prosecutors claim. (Chuckle - It actually made it to eBay, even though it has now been removed.)

If Governor Blagojevich had the “audacity” to sell Barack Obama’s vacant Illinois senate seat, how much do you suppose that “Congressman” Rod Blagojevich was able to fetch for his very own U.S. Congressional seat? Do you suppose any of the mainstream reporters will ask Blagojevich that question? Or will they ask Obama’s Chief of Staff, Chicago Boy Rahm Emanuel who held the Congressional seat after Blagojevich?

Of course, we have to remember that this is America, and in America, all crooks are innocent until proven guilty by a lowly paid government attorney. In addition, in Illinois machine politics, Cook County crooks are always innocent. All of those “bleepin’” audio snippets you are hearing from Blagojevich and his lovely wife, are not really evidence against Blagojevich, as he was innocently writing a new screen play for HBO entitled “The Chicago Boyz,” which is destined to rival “The Sopranos.” That audio you are hearing was stolen from the Blagojevich home when those jack-booted Federales invaded and confiscated the dictated manuscript of budding novelist Rod Blagojevich.

Ebay is the fairest way to sell Obama’s Senate Seat!

Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich can no longer sell it as he’s in the slammer. But remember what the Governor himself said: “It’s a (bleeping) valuable thing. You just don’t give it away for nothing.” Obama’s kids are not old enough to inherit the Senate seat and Obama’s wife will be too busy acting as First Lady to take it. The rest of Obama’s relatives are not even American citizens, so cannot qualify to serve in the Senate without Congressional intervention. What else is there to do with the Illinois Senate Seat? Elections are just too risky and unpredictable, these days, even with A.C.O.R.N. and other community organizers doing their part.

It’s just a Chicago politics thing. Be grateful we don’t have that corrupt politcal Chicago machine in Washington.

Corruptocrat alert: Blagojevich taken into custody by FBI; conspired to sell/trade Senate seat, HHS position, stifle newspaper.

Taneka Talley, an employee of Dollar Tree Stores, was stabbed to death in March 2006, while working as a clerk. She did not know her killer. The murderer was someone whose sole motive in killing her, according to prosecutors, was because she was African American. Dollar Tree Stores considers the murder a “hate crime,” and for that reason claim they are not required to pay their usual death benefit of $250,000 to her young son.

Dollar Tree’s claim administrator, Specialty Risk Services, which is owned by The Hartford Financial Services Group, cited a letter from their law firm Gray & Prouty that said that Talley’s stabbing was “purely racially motivated. As such, it is our belief that our denial in this matter is proper.”

If you think that is fair treatment of a faithful employee, then continue going to Dollar Tree Stores to spend your dollars.

Is that soy meal made from “organic” melamine?

I think I once advised here “If you are going to give it to a child, eat it or feed it to a pet - don’t buy it from China.” Now I think I must change that admonition a bit to “If you are going to give it to a child, eat it or feed it to any ANIMAL - don’t buy it from China.” This comes on the heels of news reports that organic poultry farmers are buying food for their chickens from China.

First off, although China makes some find products, there can be absolutely NO guarantee that ANYTHING from China is “organic!” Chinese food manufacturers do not follow rules; they label their products to sell, not to inform truth. Why they even “intentionally” added melamine to their own baby formula to make it more profitable to sell (Poison Milk). So if you think you are going to get “Kosher” food from China, think again. You will probably get a pork-laden meat product with a “Kosher” label. Can America’s organic farmers feed their animals meal imported from China and still label the resulting meat “Organic?” I hope not, but I do not really know. At least farmers can do this in France, according to this news: Melamine Found Contaminating Soy Meal Fed to Organic Chickens.

Do you know what you are eating and where it came from? How about your organic chickens and beef products that you are paying double for? Is that melamine meal those animals eat “organic?”

Today, on Facebook, I am breathing a sign of relief that I am already friends with Greta Van Susteren, as she has now reached the 5000 limit and can no longer add more friends. Greta is my most interesting friend on Facebook, with apologies to all my other friends.

Last night I waited for Greta’s “On the Record” show to watch her investigative report on the latest news of missing Alabama teen, Natalee Holloway, and her erstwhile Aruba hunk companion, Joran Van der Sloot. Well, as the show comes on at 10 pm here, I saw only the first part and then fell asleep. That is why I am happy I am a friend of Greta’s at Facebook, and also a “fan” of Fox News at Facebook too. I went to Fox News at Facebook and was able to very easily watch the show’s video and others that I had missed.

So the latest story coming from “hunk” Joran Van der Sloot, is that he sold the young teen, Natalee Holloway, into white slavery for $10,000. What a great guy! How can girls and women resist him? This is only the third or fourth story explaining the disappearance of the young girl that he had met at an Aruban bar, Carlos and Charlies, and with his irresistible charm carried her away from her American schoolmates one evening. It seems like the first story he told was that he last saw her when he dropped her off at her hotel, where she was immediately accosted by some “black guys” working there. Those “black guys” were immediately arrested on Joran’s word, but when the authorities found no evidence against them, they were released. The second story he told was that he abandoned Natalee in a drunken state, on the beach, as he had to be home to get ready for school the next day. Then there was the third story told by Joran Van der Sloot to a close friend, that while he was with the young girl, she suddenly went into convulsions and just died. So … Joran did the honorable “Aruban Guy” thing, and had a friend with a boat carry her body out to sea and dump her overboard. WHAT A GUY! Now comes this latest story about selling her to an Aruban man who wanted to buy a “blond girl” to take to Venezuela, even though Joran’s father advised Joran that “selling girls was a serious crime.” Joran’s father is a member of Aruba’s legal system, so apparently there are some laws in Aruba about some things.

Now, before you ask what happened to the $10,000 that great guy Joran received for selling a fellow human, he now claims that ALL of these stories he told about the missing Natalee are lies that he made up. Seems that when you have spent too much time in Holland indulging in “magic mushrooms,” marijuana, and other legal Dutch delicacies, you end up with an addled brain like has happened to the hunk, Van der Sloot.

What do the legal authorities on the island of Aruba think of all of this? They are NOT interested at all. Perhaps, that’s another legacy of those Dutch “magic mushrooms.” Think of that if you are planning a “fun” trip to Aruba. Obviously, there is NO legal protection available to you if you are an American, and a crime is committed against you while you are visiting Aruba.

We’ve all seen the videos of young American children singing hymns to their dear leader, Obama, and of the Muslim children in far off lands singing praises to “The Kenyan” who will save America. Here is another even more frightening example of children and Obamamania - a fanaticism being whipped up by the Obama Change campaign. This indoctrination of children by the “Obama Change” organization has apparently been going on for quite a while, as this video is more than a year old. The children were organized during school hours by a middle school teacher at a taxpayer funded charter school, Urban Community Leadership Academy of Kansas City, Missouri. The teacher has been suspended for posting the video to YouTube, not for the political indoctrination of children. This cannot be criticized during the current presidential campaign, as the Obama campaign mobilizes rapid response teams that through the Mainstream Media, including the Associated Press on down to MSNBC, publicly label anyone and everyone opposed to Obama-Ayres style education as RACISTS!
